CONDITION OF PRODUCTS
We will typically classify our products as either new or used. The product pages should denote the condition of the product and will also detail any egregious physical defects that the product might have. In general, the following condition guidelines can be followed:
New – Products that are “new” should be just as they were from the manufacturer. The product may or may not include the original packaging, and if the box is included, it is likely no longer in retail condition. If the box condition is critically important to you, please contact us directly at email@example.com prior to purchase.
Used - Products identified as "used" will be tested and verified as working by our staff of technicians. Customers can expect these types of products to show signs of use, including scratches, scuffs and minor dents or dings.
All sales are final. Products are sold with a 30 day warranty against defects not described or advertised. Items will not be accepted if they are working as described. If the item is determined to be defective, you may return the item (within 30 days of purchase) for an exchange or refund. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
Before returning an item, you will need to receive an RMA number. Please complete the Request an RMA form from the menu options above and receive instructions on how to proceed. RMA numbers ensure that your returns are tracked and handled expeditiously.
Return shipments must include all original items purchased in the condition that they were received in. Returns must have the RMA number written on the outside of the packaging.
NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN
Products that are not eligible for return include any product without a valid, readable serial number, including but not limited to products with missing, damaged, alterted or otherwise unreadable serial numbers. Products that ship with tamper proof labeling should also have the tamper labels left intact, otherwise we will not accept a return for that product. We record this information as proof of purchase and must validate it on any returns. Any product not returned in the condition that it was received will not be eligible for a refund.
