Packages are shipped by FedEx or USPS to addresses in the continental United States. Orders are typically shipped within two business days of purchase. Our normal hours of operation are Monday thru Friday, 8AM-4PM CST. We are closed on weekends and major holidays.
When you place an order, a shipping rate will calculate based on your address and the package dimensions. Typically all shipments will be fully insured for content value. All orders with values of $100.00 or more will require a direct signature upon delivery.
If your product is being shipped on a pallet, please contact us directly at firstname.lastname@example.org to arrange for a shipping quote, or to make arrangements to pickup the freight yourself. We work with a variety of freight carriers and brokers to try and get the best rates possible for your shipments.
Any items that are damaged in transit are covered at the expense of the shipping carrier. If an item is received damaged in shipment, please notify the carrier and our customer support team immediately. You will need to keep the original packaging and be prepared to provide photos and documentation in order to receive a replacement item or refund.
Local pickup or will call may be an option for some purchases. Purchased product is typically available within 24 hours from the time of purchase. A handling fee may still apply if packaging, labeling or loading is required.
