We appreciate your purchase and hope that you are happy with your order. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund, store credit, or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
30 DAY RETURN POLICY
All returns must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached, in the original packaging.
RETURN PROCESS
To return an item, please email customer service at sales@reupstock.com to obtain a Return ID (RMA Number). After you receive the RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging with all original contents, as received, ensure the RMA number is visible on the outside of the package and then mail your return to the following address:

Buyer is responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return. We may ask you to confirm the tracking number if the product gets delayed during shipment.
REFUND TIMELINE
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your refund or exchange. Please allow at least fifteen (15) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed. Refund Exceptions: Items broken or damaged are not eligible for return or refund. If your purchase arrives defective or damaged, contact us immediately and request assistance. RESTOCKING FEE
All returns will incur a 15% restocking fee. Any items purchased "On Sale" are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.
