We will also issue an RMA number which must be present on the exterior of the returned box. Your return will not be processed without your RMA number on the box. Any return or refund requested for these reasons will be charged a 20% restocking fee.

If a “used” product is received and will not power on, we will issue a full refund less shipping charges.
