We will also issue an RMA number which must be present on the exterior of the returned box. Your return will not be processed without your RMA number on the box. The buyer is responsible for all return shipping charges.We are not responsible for any technical specifications, compatibility, fitment, application issues, buyer’s remorse, or if an item was purchased by mistake. Any return or refund requested for these reasons will be charged a 20% restocking fee.
We offer the following return guidelines for the products we have available:
New other – All of our new product falls into this category since manufacturer packaging has usually been opened or is otherwise not in retail condition. We offer a full refund of the purchase price less shipping charges for “New other” products that are not in working condition for up to 30 days after receipt.
Seller refurbished – Our refurbished items have been tested and verified by our in-house staff and we guarantee the tested components for 30 days after receipt. We will refund the purchase price less shipping charges for “Seller refurbished” products that are not in working condition when received.
Used – All used products carry a 30 day non-DOA warranty. These products may not be 100% functional and only basic power on capabilities are guaranteed. If a “used” product is received and will not power on, we will issue a full refund less shipping charges. Partial refunds will not be issued for non-working components, and a 20% restocking fee will be charged to all returns of product that do power on.
For parts or not working – There are no warranties or return options available for merchandise that is listed as “for parts or not working”. All returns will be processed with a 20% restocking fee.
